Returns

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Defective or damaged products may be exchanged.

Returns must be dropped off at a specific location provided by our team. The cost of shipping the returned item will be incurred by Airwheel Canada.

Damaged Goods

If your product arrives damaged, please email us on sales@airwheelcanada.ca with pictures of the damaged goods, and we will replace the damaged item(s).

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 14 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please:

1) Check your bank account again.
2) Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
3) Contact your bank, as processing times may vary.
